Things very quickly went wrong for these guys on their hunt somewhere in Africa.
There are lots of videos of lion attacks out there on the Internet. However, this footage of a lion mauling a hunter is one of the most obvious examples of how quickly things can go wrong out in the bush.
I’m not sure exactly where this footage of a lion mauling a hunter occurred or what transpired before the attack.
The quality of the footage is terrible, but it’s still good enough for you to see just how brutal of an event it actually was.

That hunter was lucky his partner was nearby and was able to make a quick shot to put the lion down.
I don’t know how badly he was hurt, but that lion was probably only seconds away from killing the hunter.
