Mark Dickinson is currently facing animal cruelty charges because he illegally killed two deer with a pellet gun.

Dickinson killed a both a doe and a fawn because the deer were eating his landscape. This occurred in Tiburon, California a San Francisco suburb.

The video below is what CBS (SF Bay Area) had to say about it:

A neighbor heard the pellet gun fire and called the police. The doe was found dead and the fawn was found dead an hour later. The man was then arrested for animal cruelty.

The police confirmed that he did use a pellet gun to dispatch the deer, but the amount of times it was shot is unknown.
