In an effort to honor Ducks Unlimited’s vision for conservation, Filson will offer waterfowl gear with officially licensed graphics and logos.
DU’s most recent endorsement comes from Filson, a top-shelf brand with both the history and the reputation to drive DU’s mission.
“Ducks Unlimited and Filson are both iconic brands with rich histories,” said DU CEO Adam Putnam. “It only seemed fitting to align the two brands to provide DU members and supporters a unique, co-branded line of merchandise–many of which could be passed down from generation to generation. Filson items are known for their quality and we know our members will be thrilled to see the DU logo appear on items they can wear or use all year long.”
The collaborative lineup will start with more than a dozen products–a sum expected to increase as the partnership continues to grow–and will feature officially licensed DU graphics and logos.
A reputation for lifelong quality has preceded Filson products for more than 120 years. Famous for its heavyweight Tin Cloth and Mackinaw Wool, the Seattle outfitter has remained a staple of the outdoors industry, particularly among wingshooters.
And, because Filson’s heritage echoes DU’s commitment to the outdoors, it was only a matter of time before the two joined forces.
The launch will include the two caps and the two bags pictured above, as well as a pair of winter hats, a briefcase, a duffle, a field jacket, a fleece jacket, a polo shirt and four different T-shirts.
These products will be available for purchase in fall 2020.
